Princeton University Export Price Memorandum
M6 - GM Micro-Challenge: Export PriceYour manager’s memo to you is below. In it your manager is giving you tasks to address regarding international trade. You are not expected to be an expert, just willing and able to use the resources available to develop an accurate response.Your memo should start with an introduction that reminds the manager what s/he requested you to do. Next, overview the information your manager can expect to find in your memo. After that, respond to each topic you were requested to address in sequence. For each topic, your response should clearly state the question(s) you understood you were to address. Then give a written response to the question that summarizes the source information. Your written response should then be supported with (1) an image that shows the specific source information you used, and (2) a weblink to that source in case your manager wants to seek out additional information. Note: An image does not replace your written response, it only shows the source information used. Finally, you may choose to provide a conclusion to your memo.Images may be screen clipped to include them. University of Nairobi Abortion in the United States Discussion
1.
For Chapter 4 of Temp, please write a brief, 200-250 word synopsis. You might consider answering the following questions: What are the main historical events that Hyman discusses in the chapter? What is the chapter's main theme? Does Hyman write about any problems that you find interesting or that seem worth exploring further? What seems to be each chapter's main argument, and how does this argument relate to the argument of the book as a whole?
As with the Chapter synopses that you wrote for Chapters 1-3, my advice is to treat this synopsis both as a helpful way to remember what takes place in this chapter of Temp and as a way to continue thinking about the kinds of questions you might want to address in your Contexts Project....
2.
Now that you've had a chance to start researching, please write two short paragraphs—approximately 200-250 words each—describing two current "problems" that you might be interested in exploring in more detail in your Contexts Project. These "problems" should be related somehow to the theme of our course, "Work in the 21st Century." You might begin with something that has interested you during one of our assigned readings or class discussions, or you might pursue a topic that you've come across on your own. Or perhaps you discovered something interesting while doing the Read + Find/Summarize an Article discussion(This is the last question that I post), or read one of your peer's responses that made you curious...
Whatever "problems" you choose, you should try to describe why they are problems, and for whom. How would you convince someone that these are problems that need to be addressed? Can you begin to quantify these problems somehow? Who are the people most affected by them?

MC 621 UIC Wellness Program Executive Summary
Competency
Create professional documents for presenting research, analysis, and business strategy recommendations.
Scenario
You work at a small startup company and recently began an informal competition among a few of your co-workers counting your daily steps. The program went well. It was a great team building exercise and others in your company seemed interested in participating. You decided that you wanted to turn this into a formal company-wide initiative.
In your investigation you found information about other companies that not only had similar programs, but that they had fully developed wellness programs. Further, your investigation revealed the benefits for both employees and employers. For employees, you found that those who participate enjoy reduced healthcare costs and a sense of engagement in the workplace. The benefits to employers include things like reduced workers compensation claims, lower absenteeism and higher overall productivity.
As a result, you determined that all could benefit from not just a ‘step’ program, but a formalized wellness program. You then distributed a very brief survey to determine the level of interest and what aspects of wellness your coworkers showed interest. You distributed a survey to all employees (30) and the results of your survey are displayed below:
Would you participate in a wellness program?

At first glance it looks as though there is a strong interest in implementing a company-wide wellness program, but you also see a couple of other interesting things in the data. You have decided to use the data you have gathered and present it to senior management to persuade them that a wellness program will benefit everyone.
Instructions
You have decided the best way to approach senior management about your idea is through an executive summary. In your document you should include information you found in your initial investigation, such as cost savings and higher productivity levels at companies with wellness programs. It should also highlight the key findings of your research, as you realize senior management is very busy and will not be interested in a long detailed document.
Write an introductory paragraph that includes the following:
The three most interesting findings from your survey.
Cite one external source that describes benefits of wellness programs for employers.
Describe the data analysis techniques used to interpret your data.

QUESTION: Describe the nature of strategy evaluation and identify its three basic activities. Examine the process of strategy evaluation.Textbook Strategic Management Fred David, Forest David, 2014 Pearson ISBN.13: 978-0-133-44479-7 Writing assignments are judged on the quality of the response in regard to the question. Word count is NOT one of the criteria that is used in assigning points to writing assignments. However, students who are successful in earning the maximum number of points tend to submit writing assignments that fall between 750-1000 words (3-4 pages) per question. Plagiarism All work must be free of any form of plagiarism. Put written answers into your own words. Do not simply cut and paste your answers from the Internet and do not copy your answers from the textbook. Plagiarism consists of taking and using the ideas, writings or inventions of another, without giving credit to that person and presenting it as one’s own. This is an offense that the university takes very seriously. An example of a correctly prepared written response may be found by visiting the Coast Connection student portal. You can find this in the portal by clicking on Student Resources and then Writing Basics. Citation Styles The majority of your response should be your own original writing based on what you have learned from the textbook and outside materials, if applicable. Be sure to provide a citation and a reference for any materials used, including the required textbook. The following points are designed to help you understand how to provide proper citations and references for your work: Sources are listed in two places. The first, a citation, is briefly listed within your answer. This includes identifying information that directs the reader to your list of references at the end of your writing assignment. The second, a reference, is at the end of your work in the list of references section. All sources cited should follow APA style and provide enough identifying information so that the reader can access the original material.
