slope of AB = y2-y1/x2-x1  = (4-3)/(1-(-3)) = 1/4

Slope of a line perpendicular to AB is the negative reciprocal of  slope of AB

slope of AB = 1/4  Negative reciprocal of that is -4

Slope of YZ  = y-7/(-2+4) = (y-7)/2  

(y-7)/2 = -4  

solve for y 

y -7 = -8  

y = -1 choice A
