A successful project can be described as one that focuses on discrete but
multidimensional activities that are aimed at serving as a vehicle for change. Literally project
success can refer to an on-time, within budget and to a specification in completion. The Program
of Action project reflects strategically on how the society can become better by implementing
key community welfare issues aimed at making the society better (Melton, 2013). Therefore,
Program of action is structured around a campaign focusing on the global community while it is
being piloted in the local middle-class communities in the US. The US government’s Program of
action touches on key outcomes such as: Education, environment, Social cohesion, health, safety
and security, and social protection (Roos & Kennedy,2014).
The main objectives of the Programs of Action project and its intended outcomes are
based on critical areas affecting the community. First, Early Childhood Development programs is
purposefully intended to create education and awareness among people living in poverty in the
US. Subsequently, the early childhood development has played a big role in realizing policies
and programs for vulnerable mothers and infants (Roos & Kennedy,2014). The program for
