I disagree with the peer’s notion that practice drives research and a tool for everyday
learning and solving cases. The assumption restricts research to a "curative" tool eliminating
its "preventive" abilities. Waiting for an occurrence to happen to study the issue is illogical
and could lead to detrimental costs. For example, if a criminal department waits for a murder
to occur so they can investigate insecurity issues in the area is irrational. They must examine
insecurity despite the absence of murder incidents to predict the likelihood of occurrence and
