The 360-Degree Performance Review Concept/Model
360-degree performance review concept is an evaluation tool that provides feedback on
employee performance done by peer employees, managers, customers =, or a working group.
Sometimes the concept uses a self-assessment questionnaire to assess the degree of performance
of an individual to ascertain the personal level of effective skills and behavior at the workplace
(Heathfield, 2018). The main function of 360-degree feedback is to review the individual
performance of employees to highlight the strengths and weakness so as to enhance professional
development.
