Introduction
Process improvement involves the evaluation of every step in any given process to
implements quality improvement at every stage so that subsequent steps yield quality and
superior outcomes. A good example of a process that can be subjected to continuous
improvement is the process of identifying a vacancy, recruiting employees to fill the vacancy and
retain the employee ((Jones-Farmer, Woodall, Steiner & Champ, 2014). In such a case, an
organization is compelled to subject the applicants to an evaluation, monitoring, and
improvement process that will enhance the operational performance of the new employee across
the organization.
The benefit of process improvement in the new recruitment of employees is that it
