Running Head: THERAPY
Societal, medical agency
The complex social, medical institution is the societal agency that virtually intrigues me
more than other agencies that play their roles interconnectedly to shape the behaviors of
individuals in society because more than many agencies it acts to completely shape and
transform the behavior of the people. I prefer the collective forms of agencies more than the
individual forms because they deeply tap on the vices that befall on the human society and seek
to change them expertly by working together with other experts in the same fields to transform
those behaviors that may be deemed to stray from the socially and widely accepted ways of a
healthy society. Working as an evidence-based therapist in a medical institution has been of
great interest to me and I perform this role with profound believe that in my small way I am
doing my part in transforming this American society to become even more better than it was
some years back by solving people’s problems who are experiencing psychological and
behavioral challenges by providing them with an effective therapeutic treatment that puts them
on a long but patient cost-effective and efficient healing and treatment plan.
