Article review

In his article, Hershberg (2003) attempts to establish the missing links between the
war in Afghanistan and the Iran-Contra affair. He identified that the two events happened at
the much same time. Although less is talked about relations between the two events, the
author argues that they were related in that the Iran-Contra affair occurred partly due to the
war that had been ongoing in Afghanistan. Throughout the article, the events that occurred
