Introduction

The market will always be on the constant lookout for a product that they can relate with and
enhance their satisfaction. One such product is the LeBron James soldier footwear which is a
sports show developed by the Nike footwear company. Just like any product in the market the
Lebron Soldier footwear is aimed at satisfying the market's desire for sports footwear, however,
the product has various limitations that make it unsuitable for the market. Furthermore, the
product in question is kid-size footwear meaning that the primary target market is children below
the age of 12. After a couple of wear, the product begins to deplete which is a concern to the
consumer because this is a process that has begun too soon. On average footwear has to last a
minimum of one to two years. Among the most common concerns is the fact that the Nike logo
in the shoe peels off just after a few uses, this is a severe case since after some time the shoe will
be unrecognizable to the user and any other person hence a disadvantage because no consumer
will want a product that won’t last. Parents will prefer to buy their kids other footwear like the
Nike Jordan's instead. The show has four straps and the first and second are considered to be the
most important however after a couple of uses they become lose making it impossible to have a
tight grip on the leg thus making the shoe very loose to the user. Still, on the same account of
straps, the shoe's last strap is useless because the first three are enough to provide support and it
is for this reason that the shoe becomes unbreathable and thus uncomfortable to the user.
Improvement
Nike has to consider seriously adjusting the footwear to suit the consumer needs. They have to
acknowledge the fact that an unhappy consumer will consider an alternative to their products
thus leading to the poor sale of the LeBron James soldier footwear. The first improvement is the
reinforcement of the Nike logo preventing it from peeling off after a few...
