requires informed decision making from the managers for the enterprise to surpass
competitors and reign the market. This report focuses on Haider's Zookal, textbook rental
online platform. The report is analysed in well thought out subsections using deductive
and inductive approaches. The basis of this report is on the responses of Ahmed Haider,
CEO of Zookal; an online textbook rental site. The report starts with an introduction,
Haider's decision-making style, the weaknesses of this style, the strengths of the style and
factors influencing Haider's decisions for the future investment opportunity. The report
ends with a general summary of the report contents.
Haider's Decision-Making Style
He has adopted the conceptual style of decision making. Ahmed Haider explains
that he does not view himself as an entrepreneur but rather as a problem solver. It is the
reason he first envisioned the reality about Zookal and is involved in extensive research
in the best way he can control and probably reduce the cost of transportation of books
