Are you for or against state right-to-work laws?

I support the enactment of the right to work laws in the US. The right-to-work laws
facilitate the realization of the Taft-Hartley Act of 1947 while at the same time enabling
employees to work in unionized places of work without necessarily joining the union or being
compelled to join the union as a precondition for employment (Hogler, 2005). These laws
thus help promote the rights of all employees and reduce unfairness that may arise in the
workplace.

A right-to-work law can impact an organization in many ways. Such a law could
