  5. According to Sparrow's Syria: Death from Assad’s Chlorine there is good chlorine, bad chlorine and deadly chlorine. How would the same characterizations made in Syria be applied to chlorine use and homeland security in the U.S.?

There are different types of warfare that terrorists generally employ and in this course it is
only three that are a main target. These types include; conventional low impact (CLI) which talks
about how terrorists shoot and bomb individuals and places with the aim of killing or even causing
specific casualties in order to depict evidently some issues and their causes (Sinai, 2007).
According to Sinai (2007), most places in the world have experienced bombing and shooting by
terrorists and not because they want such experiences but due to malicious thoughts by terrorists.
Most countries have tried to do away with terror and war attacks but it has been all in vain
for the terrorists seem to be powerful and determined to terrorize the targeted communities.
Additionally, societies are exposed to anxiety, fear and panic hence impacting information that
everyone in the society is vulnerable to attack (Sinai, 2007). Conventional High Impact (CHI) is
whereby conventional means are used as a methodology to create and make most ofdisastrous
damages. Conventional means are applied in managing activities that are a mess to the society.
Chemical Biological Radiological or Nuclear(CBRN) weapons which are mostly
categorized as nuclear devices tend to act as unconventional approaches used in various reasons of
attacking communities. The unconventional approaches are highly used by terrorists to create
tension, damages, casualties and even deaths that expose the society attacked into traumatic
experiences such that they cannot overcome the psychological fears for years (Sinai, 2007).Some
of the attacks are financial and political such that the target country is deteriorated in terms of
economy and political affairs. Therefore, countries are usually called upon to observe better ways of

dealing with terror attacks otherwise the country in quest will remain terrorized and traumatized
over no good reason.
