resources.



This paper encompasses the analysis of ERP implementation process that enhances
success of an organization.

Overview of Implementation Process


ERP implementation process is epitome of every successful business.



At the initial phase/strategic planning, organization identify the problems and set the
objectives to be achieved using ERP (Harwood, 2017).



After identifying the point of improvements using Key Performance Indicators (KPI),
project team set core objectives to be achieved using ERP solution.



GAP Analysis is the next step.



The next step is to develop training procedures, timelines, and defining individual team
responsibilities.



After defining team responsibilities, the next step is procedure review and re-engineering.



The next step is to identify the right vendors and right products.



Once an ERP solution has been identified, the next step is data migration.



After data migration, it is prudent to check infrastructure.



After evaluating the vendors and obtaining the right ERP products, the next step is to
train the staff.



After training, the next step is project management and testing.



The next step after testing is “Go life” and evaluation.

The core roles of vendors include fixing problems in the software which implementation
team experiences and offering initial training for key users of the company (Bintoro et al.,
