Question description

Considering the different types of groups that exist – dependent on their purpose/goals/etc. – different types of leaders can emerge. And we know that, depending on the culture we’re discussing, different leadership styles may be valued differently. This obviously affects (and is affected by) how we communicate cross-culturally and in-person versus digitally. And with each new technology that emerges (and the more people and cultures we’re exposed to), our expectations for group leaders may (or not) change along with them.

Considering how leaders of today need to adapt to cultures and other changes we’re continually exposed to, analyze some examples of leaders (either from personal experience or public cases) who already appear behind in keeping up with these changes. Conclude your analysis with some ways an outstanding leader would need to behave/communicate differently than they might have done in the past?

please apply these key terms mentioned below in the paper and put them in bold font. you can read the attached readings to have the better understanding of these key terms.

Leaders of Tomorrow
Introduction

There exist two important aspects in group communication in any setting of an
organization namely teamwork and leadership. As an individual, sometimes a person may be
required to work in a group as an ordinary group member or at other times as a leader. It is
significant as a leader to heed and seek an understanding on both the task being undertaken as
well as the nature of your group members while becoming involved with the new effort. In
addition, it is important for a leader to have confidence in himself/herself and at the same time
inspire the trust of other members. Leading and following serve as integral elements of effective
teamwork.
Teams can be able to achieve higher levels of performance than individuals due to the
reason that they have got combined talents and energies of the members. Collaboration for
members can produce both motivations as well as creativity which may sometimes be
unavailable in single contractor projects. Individual members as well have a sense of belonging
to the team and the process’ diversity can be energized through a given range of views which
helps in addressing the creative blocks and stalemates (Bovée et al., 2010). Positive results can
be produced by teams through involving members in decision making and calling upon each
member’s contributions. Group think...
