A space station in the form of a large wheel, 155 m in diameter, rotates to provide an “artificial" gravity” of 3.7 m/s^2 for people located on the outer rim. Find the rotational frequency of the wheel that will produce this effect.

Answer in units of rpm. Round five decimal places

r= 155/2m
a= 3.7 m/s^2

I then calculated the velocity by a=v^2/r so 3.7=v^2/(155/2)
v = sqrt ( 3.7*155/2) = 16.93369 m/s


Angular velocity = linear velocity / Circumference  = 16.93369 / (pi*155) = 0.034775 rev/s
in minutes = 0.034775* 60 = 2.08651 rpm
