From F=ma, then the force pulling down is 9.8m/sec2*M = 9.8M Newtons where M is the mass of the person.

The force due to the static friction is F = µs * Fc the centripetal force created by the spinning.

The centripetal force is Fc = Mv^2/R

-> 9.8M = µs * Fc
-> 9.8M = µs * (M * v^2)/R
-> 9.8 = (µs * v^2)/R
-> v^2 = 9.8R/µs
-> v = sqrt (9.8R/µs)
-> v = sqrt ((9.8*5.9)/0.539)
-> v = 10.36 m/sec = 621.6m/min

The circumference is 2*pi*5.9= 37.07 m, for each revolution
T = C/V = 37.07/621.6  = 0.06 s
