Most employers will agree that training for employees is important for organizational
success. There are various training topics available to employers but the choice of any one of
them depends mostly on the type of industry or job. Some topics are mandatory while others are
optional. Mandatory training topics are those that touch on the safety of employees and clients
(Rodriguez & Walters, 2017). For example, the U.S. federal law requires that employees be
