Let us get the equations of the two linear functions

From first table    

slope m = (-10-(-22))/-3-(-6) = 12/3 = 4  y intercept = 2 from the third point

Equation will be y = 4x + 2          ----1

From second table

slope m = (-21-(-30))/-3-(-6)  = 9/3 = 3 y-intercept = -12 from third point

equation will be y = 3x -12 -------------2

solving for x and y in equation 1 and 2

By substitution of y in 2 

4x+2  = 3x-12

4x-3x + 2 = 3x-3x-12

x+2-2 = -12-2 => x = -14  

substituting in 1 y = 4(-14) + 2 => y= -54

(-14,-54) is the solution
