You get infinite number of solutions if both equations represent the same line.

y = 2x-5 

subtracting 2x from both sides

y-2x = 2x-2x-5

y-2x=-5                             ---1

2y-4x = -----               --------2

Equation 1 can be multiplied by 2 to look like the second equation

2y - 4x = -10             ---------1

2y - 4x = ---------       ----------2

When we compare both equations we can see that -10 goes in the box
