(a). Using cosine rule,  R² = 2F²(1 - cos (180° - 2 * 30°))

330² = 2F²(1 - cos (180° - 2 * 30°))

F =190.5255 N

(b).  F = -k Δx

190.5255 = -k * (-0.34)

k = 560.3693 N/m
