The journal focuses on the Brazilian's journals which have been used for years and
have managed to achieve progress. The presence of journals on the international
bibliographic index has continued to increase with the passing time because of the
remarkable progress which has been achieved because of the use of the quality journals. The
extraordinary progress has been achieved since the extension journals focus on different
fields. Furthermore, the journals were also written in Portuguese as well as English (Packer,
2014).
As presented in the journal, close to eighty per cent of the journals which have been
included on the international bibliographic index are affiliated with Brazil. The journals have
been indexed in the Scientific Electronic Library Online, Web of Science and on Scopus. The
information presented in the journal is closely related to the Geraldo Ceni Coelho's journal
which focuses on the multidisciplinary academic journals which have been peer-reviewed.
The journal focuses on ReX when compared with other multi-disciplinary journals which are
affiliated with Brazil (Coelho, 2018).

The organisational design is highly significant since it will be involved in the shaping
of not only the employees but also the company positions. The company positions, as well as
employees, will be shaped into many structures. The organisational design will mostly be
used in a larger organisation. However, for the small companies, some organisations will
have a structure or not. The organisational design will be developed when the company is
seeking accountability and greater efficiency. Additionally, the corporate structure will highly
be essential since it will help enhance communication in the organisation and will also ensure
that the company's resources are used adequately (Jones, 2012).
There are two categories which fall under organisational designs, that is, traditional
and contemporary designs. The various methods which will fall under the traditional designs
will include functional, simple and divisional structure. The functional structure will feature
groups of individuals who will have similar occupational specialities. The design will also
feature the establishment of departments in the organisation. The work units which will be
found in this particular design will focus on similar resources, similar skills, expertise and
activities. This method will offer a variety of advantages. One advantage which can be seen
in this organisational design will be the clear communication which will exist in the
departments. One other benefit will focus on the responsibility which will highly be
maintained through the use of this organisational structure (Greenwood & Hinings, 1988).
The structure will also make sure that the company's productivity is improved since
the duplication of the employees and the equipment used by the employees will be
minimized. The last advantage will focus on how comfortable the organisational structure is.
