Resistant training helps our bodies to have proper muscle buildup, burning of calories in our bodies making us to utilize oxygen in our bodies and make our respiration system function in the best way possible.  When one trains properly the joints of our bodies become more flexible making us to move or do manual work with ease. Last but not the least our brains are made to relax and perform our chores better with ease. Resistant training makes us to reduce fat in our bodies and obesity can be a thing of the past if one trains properly.
