What was the speed of the car before impact, assuming no energy is lost in the collision with the wall?

using conservation of mechanical energy, we have 

1/2 kx^2 = ke

Ke = 1/2 *5.05x10^6 *(0.0295)^2 = 2197.4 J= 1/2 mV^2

V = sqrt(4394.8/1000) =  2.1m/s
