slope of VW m=(-6+4)/(4-6)=1

as both slopes are 1 so sides are parallel

slope of UV m=(-4+1)/(6-3)=-1

slope of WT m=(-6+3)/(4-1)=-1

so these sides are also parallel

As all sides are parallel so it is parallelogram.Answer is B.
