Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

f(x) = 7x, −3 ≤ x ≤ 6

 g(x) = g(3+x)=7(3+x)

domain:

−21 ≤ x ≤ 42

g(x) = g(1-x)=7(1-x)  =7-7x
domain:

-2 ≤ x ≤ 5

3 + x
1 − x

f(x) = 5 − 3x + 4x2

f(a) = 5-3a+4a²

f(a + h) = 5-3(a+h)+4(a+h)²
 = 5-3a-3h+4a²+4h²+8ah

f(a + h) − f(a)
h
 = (5-3a-3h+4a²+4h²+8ah -  5+3a-4a²)/h
= (h+8a)
