f(x) = 4x2;    x = 2, x = 2 + h

f(2+h)=4(2+h)²

         =4(4+h²+4h)

          =16+4h²+16h

Average rate of change = [f(2+h)-f(x)]/(2+h)

                                        = (16+4h²+16h-16)/(2+h)

                                        =[4h(h+4)] / (2+h)
