Recruitment and selection are essential processes within an organization which need to
be adequately determined in ensuring that employers recruit the most qualified employees who
have skills and personality that suit an organization. Human resource focus on different
strategies in recruitment and selection which they perceive to help obtain the most qualified
employees (Jussila et al., 2014). Therefore the current environment considers social media as
one of the ways that an organization can consider recruiting qualified employees. Having a
higher level of commitment within the organizational context provide a stronger evaluation of
