Anaerobic can be termed as a short-duration
exercise that is usually powered mainly by metabolic conduits that don’t use
any oxygen. These pathways usually produce lactic acid, which results in metabolic
acidosis. Some anaerobic activities include weight lifting and sprinting. Other
anaerobic activities include isotonics, isometrics and calisthenics.
