Fear is common among children as well as adults. It’s important that kids understand what a fear is as well as why we have them. There are things to be afraid of and it is okay for our children to have a fear. I’m a mother of tree and I’m terrified of frogs.

Yes, fear is a common phenomenon. Before you can begin overcoming fear, you have to know that they are causing havoc in your life. It’s easy to get so attached to your thoughts and feelings that you think they are all that exist, which couldn’t be further from the truth. there are people who do not even know what they fear. to identify this, get specific about what exactly you’re afraid of. Look at the pictures you have in your head about the situation. What is happening in them? What are you really scared of? Become an observer of your inner space.
A child becomes afraid when circumstances beyond her control, or circumstances she doesn’t understand, rock her fragile sense of safety. The process of development, birth and early growth presents many moments when a child’s sense of safety is challenged. some remedy is just laughter. Your child’s fears will release as she laughs while you play this less powerful role. The longer you play and elicit laughter in this way, the bolder your child will become. But avoid ticking—it is not helpful.
