To develop a marketing strategy that is successful, one of the steps to take and that which
should come first is to identify and analyze one’s fellow competitors. This step can be done via
detailed research in the market. If one does not identify his/her competitors, someone else is
likely to achieve a competitive advantage. As an instance, someone else may give a similar
product but at a lower price or develop a website that is more user-friendly. After one has
identified his/her competitors, he/she must stay current on what they are offering to remain
competitive. The two top global competitors in the equipment market are Pacific Hospitality
Design and Aness Upholstery. The two companies have drawn a position that is excessive in the
marketplace of the US. Pacific Hospitality Design leads in furniture and décor business and is the
