High quality proteins are the all animal proteins such as eggs, meat, poultry, sea food and dairy products and contains adequate amounts of 9 or 8 essential amino acids that make up a complete protein while low quality proteins are the likes of  the vegetable protein that is low in one of the essential amino acid , they e.g. Bread, cereals, pasta rice, beans lentils and nuts.  

Fat soluble vitamins are

Vitamin A

Vitamin D

Vitamin E

Vitamin K

Water soluble vitamin are

Vitamin C

All B vitamins and Folic acid
