velocity expression, v(t) = ds(t)/d(t) = -3t^2 + 32t + 23

acceleration expression, a(t) = dv(t)/dt = -6t + 32   ................ (0<= t <= 6)

At t = 0, acceleration = 32

at t = 1, acceleration = -6*1 + 32 = 26

Thus car begin to decelerate at t = 1 sec
