So i am looking forward into going to college and studying to become a veterinarian technician, the only college around me that has the program is a community college which i heard is not a good place to start..does this mean i should change what i want to study or just carry on and go to a community college? is it looked down on? if i do go to a community college and graduate will my degree mean anything? is there a college that offers vet tech but has a different name for it like vet medicine?

Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

according to me you should not listed to people, its your decision and your life. people will not help you at all, they will just waste your time in the name of pride. secondly, community college is not looked down upon that much if only you work hard in your studies for you can end up at Harvard university from that community college out of your hard work. it means because a number of students have studied further from such colleges. collenges are everwhere offering such courses only that it depends on your mindset

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.

Thank you so very much i appreciate it :) so your saying i should study both years in a community college ? or take only a few courses in a community college and then continue at a 4 year college ? and if i do only study in a 2 year community college will i still be able to find a job ?
