Bureaucracy is the act of following an already established set structure in an organization.
For an organization to be effective repetitiveness and responsiveness are some of the aspects that
are essential. Despite there being a witness of bureaucratic growth in the state, it has been
experienced minimally. The federal and the state government’s task is to make sure that the laws
that have been passed by the Congress. Legislatures give some guidelines to the government on
the rules, but through bureaucracy, their implementation is later provided on how they will work.
Political interference of public bureaucracy is mostly reduced through different forms. Some of
them include the use of civil service reforms and both the state and national governments. One
problem in the higher government offices is the appointments of politically approved people
