1) Race hiring,

Discrimination of American African in the promotion from part time to full time dockworker ,this violated federal provision of non discriminative employment regardless of your race.

Action steps to avoid such violation:

1.Promote employees on merit and not your race

2.All races should be considered into different positions

3. In case of job vacancy, run an advertisement to reach all interested parties

Would an adequate remedy for this case possibly to be that workers have a clearer understanding of how much time should be reasonably spent on key attributes of the job, and to insure that any prospective candidates have the same awareness through the staffing organization buidling a job requirements job matrix to incorporate into the job description?
