I repost this question because my professor said it can be solved the answer should be negative.

Jul 7th, 2015

yes the answer is negative but distance can never be negative dear.

Jul 7th, 2015

I understand that can you please show me how you get part A even though it is a negative answer.

Jul 7th, 2015

ol. just a second.

Jul 7th, 2015

the total time of projectile is 6.54 sec. so the distance at t= 19sec can never be attained.

Jul 7th, 2015

this problem seems very confusing so there is no way to obtain the horizontal and vertical distances even though it is 19 seconds. I do not mind if it is a negative distance.

yes that distance cant be obtained. and the part which was possible , i have completed that. please accept my bid on other questions for more help. it was lovely helping you.
