1) universal testing is used for HIV and other diseases related to cancer etc . It is called universal testing because in it we perform standard tensile test and comprehension tests.

2) it is being recommended because by using it we get good information about disease and how it reacts with different king of genetic variations.

3) some of the assumptions in universal testing is taken as wrong by default which is called negative sequences. some of them are related to genetic research like virus will effect DNA , It will not effect RNA In HIV  etc
