If you were a prospective employer, how would you consider excellence in one’s school work to transfer to excellence in one’s job or profession?

Definitely if one was good in the course he/she did in school, as an employer i would assume that the person will as well excel in their respective field of work, this is because they will be practicing what they learned in school.

excellence in field of work in most cases is reflected on how well a person performed in school work. if a person failed in school it is not possible for one to demonstrate excellence in their respective jobs.
