Delta Corporation Company being quite a small company with aspirations to grow does
not have many employees as yet. The employees present have all been long term employees with
only an occasional new hire. Because the company began as a small family-owned firm,
diversity and inclusion were always likely to be a challenge. It is evident in the employee
profiles with there being a glaring lack of balance in gender, ethnicity, race, and people with
disabilities among others.
Despite the current crop of employees being a very important part of the company
starting and helping it grow and also being extremely good at their jobs, it is imperative that the
