How does Nietzche's Genealogy of Morals differ from the classical view of ethics/morality, e.g., from Plato?

Nietzche has argued that there exist two types of morality 1) master morality 2) slave morality  ,slave morality is about valuing things like kindness and sympathy,where as the master morality is about valuing pride ,strength and nobility.And Plato says that human well being is the highest  aim of the moral thought .
