  •             Suppose you are provided with a geometric sequence. How can you find the sum of n terms of the sequence without having to add all of the terms?

           r is the common ratio 

          n is the number of terms.

see i have provided u with the formula u have to just plug in the a, r, and n 

which is a= first term of the sequence

              r= common ration i e ratio of a2/a1 or a3/a2 or a4/a3  

              n = number of terms in the sequence.
