THE CODON WOULD CHANGE . wITH NO ISSUES YOU WOULD HAVE AAG WHICH IS THE CODON FOR LYSINE WITH THE MUTATION YOU END UP WITH THE CODON BEING ACG WHICH IS THE CODON FOR THREONINE. THIS ENDS UP CAUSING A POINT MUTATION. POINT MUTATIONS MAY OR MAY NOT CAUSE GENETIC ISSUES WITH THE PROTEINS
