Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

L = L0/gamma

gamma = 1/0.85 = 1.1765

1-b^2 = 1/1.1765^2 = 0.7225

b = 0.5268

v = 0.5268*3x10^8 = 1.58x10^8 m/s

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.
