On regular basis, there are cases where angry customers express their frustrations by
aiming their complaints to certain members of staff. If such happens, it is always good to try
and not despair. It is advisable to stay calm and devise a plan of facing the situation. There
are customers who will complain of delayed services, some will scream to the top of their
voices if they realize they are not receiving what they deserve. In most cases, the clients will
threaten to violate the name of the organization is either posting the situation in the social
media. There are some who express their anger directly in the social media to attract attention
and in a way find their way of revenging for the services they receive. However, all these
situations are normal and should be handled with the uttermost care to avoid running the
