f(t) = Ae^(kt)

A = 660 000

f(2) = 220 000 = 500000 * e(2k)

0.4 = e^(2k)
ln(0.4) = 2k

k = ln(0.4) / 2
k = -0.47

f(t) = 500000 * e(-0.465779 t)

f(2+3) = f(5) = 660000 * e(-2.3288955)

= 62486
