When t = 0 , W = 215

Therefore   215 = (0)t + b

b = 215

==> W = mt + 215

When t = 6, W = 197

Therefore 197 = m(6) + 215

197 - 215 = 6m

-18 = 6m

m = -3


==> W = -3t + 215
