Use 6 rectangles to estimate the total distance traveled by the car during these 30 seconds by averaging the answer from using the right endpoints and the left endpoints.

Area of rectangle - Length * width
(width of each rectangle = 5 units )

hence area of 1st rectangle = 73*5 =365

area of 2nd rectangle = 111*5 =555

area of 3rd rectangle = 140*5 =700

area of 4th rectangle = 188*5 =940

area of 5th rectangle = 200*5 =1000

area of 6th rectangle = 220*5 =1100

total distance travelled = 365 + 555 + 700 + 940 + 1000 + 1100 = 4660 ft
