Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question! Hi, He observes that work expands so as to fill the time available for its completion.

advice giving is the process of giving guidance and recommendations in regards to the future actions of a particular individual or group of people can as well be giving recommendations regarding decisions and course of actions.

it is very appropriate to give a client an advice when you have actually established the problem the client is having

and realized why giving the advice would be important., also it is important to give advice when you have the possible solutions to the problem the clients is having. So the thing to do is make sure you’re well-positioned and have sufficient expertise and knowledge to be the adviser in the first place.

it is not appropriate to give advice when the advice you intend to give may interrupt with the clients because  Sometimes people asking for advice don’t actually want any. They just want someone else to help shoulder the burden. They want their problem out in the open, so they can deal with it.

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.
