g'(x) = 2x + 6  = 0  so :  x = -3

so : g'(x) >= 0  on the interval   x c [-3, +infini [ 

and : g'(x) <= 0 on the interval    x c ]-infini , -3 ] 

so : 

Relative maxima : 

x = 0

Relative minima : 

x = - 3
