How are they similar?  In your opinion, which learning process is more effective?  Why? Which form of learning relates to phobias and which one relates to addiction? How do we extinguish the phobia or addiction?

Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your question!

classical and operating condition are similar in the manner that the two bring about learning. classical brings changes in the behavior  brought about by the stimulus  and it is the most effective method. this is because learning is a change of behavior.  addition is a regular practice for example at a particular time food is alway brought and you are used to eating that particular meal, while phobia is athe fera of something.

Please let me know if you need any clarification. I'm always happy to answer your questions.
